Reports are coming in from around the world about PTBA®. What started out as Proud to Buy American® was quickly reinterpreted to be “proud to be American.” Because of the high-quality materials, great style, and precision stitching, people from many other countries want to have a piece of the American dream and wear a PTBA® baseball cap to show how proud they are about this.

Like all good Internet memes, PTBA® soon had many repurposing what the letters in the logo mean. The logo went viral with many new interpretations. PTBA® became “proud to be Australian,” “proud to be African,” “proud to be Argentinean,” “proud to be Albanian,” “proud to be Austrian,” “proud to be Arabian,” “proud to be Algerian,” “proud to be Andorran,” “proud to be Armenian,” and “proud to be Aruban.”

There are unconfirmed rumors that the President of Azerbaijan wants a PTBA® baseball cap because he is “proud to be Azerbaijani.” Of course, PTBA® baseball caps ship worldwide and even those who are “proud to be Asian” are happy to wear them.

Some of the states in America then jumped on the bandwagon and wore PTBA® baseball caps to show that they are “proud to be Alabaman,” “proud to be Alaskan,” and “proud to be Arizonian.”

Not to be left out, the people from the city of Amsterdam said that they were “proud to be Amsterdamans,” when in fact what they truly are, is Dutch. In response to that, a few folks from a small city in Belgium said that they were “proud to be Arlonians.”

One Internet troll tweeted out it means “proud to be assholes,” proving he is one.  A calm Buddhist monk replied that it means “proud to be aware.” The great penguins of the South Pole should be “proud to be Antarcticans.” So far, no one has been able to photograph one wearing a baseball cap. That goes the same for those “proud to be Atlanteans.” Everyone, who just had a birthday in January and February, is “proud to be Aquarian,” since this is the dawning of the Age of Aquarius. Timeless beauties are “proud to be ageless.”

The point of all of this Tom-foolery is that PTBA® baseball caps are perfect for anyone worldwide that wants to wear a high-quality, well-constructed, fashionable, American baseball cap. Everyone can be “proud to be anything.”

Editor’s Note: This is satirical comedy. Not all of this has really happened… yet. 😉
